Levelupgames opens its new server (Serpent) to accommodate the volume of new players for Perfect World (PH), there are also those coming from both Tiger and Dragon servers. It offers a fresh start, new friends, new allies, new foes, and new lands to conquer.
In-line with this a 2x exp mod is being implemented for all servers starting March 31(5pm) to April 7(5 pm).
